About Me

I’m a husband, a father, a coach, and someone who has spent most of my life trying to understand why people who do the right things can still feel anxious, exhausted, or disconnected.
For a long time I believed strength meant pushing through.
Work harder. Train harder. Handle more. Don’t slow down.
That mindset got me a long way, but it also came with a cost.
From the outside my life looked solid.
Career, training, business, relationships, discipline.
Underneath, my system was constantly under pressure.
Injuries that wouldn’t go away.
Burnout cycles.
Anxiety.
Brain fog.
Feeling switched on all the time but never fully steady.
I didn’t need more motivation.
I needed to understand what was happening in my nervous system.
That’s where this work started.

I needed to understand what was happening in my system.
Breathwork was the first thing that made a real difference.
Not as a trend. Not as a quick fix.
But as a way to actually feel what was going on in my body instead of trying to think my way through everything.
That opened the door to something much bigger.
I started studying the nervous system, stress physiology, performance, psychology, movement, and recovery.
Not to collect tools, but to understand why people who are capable, disciplined, and doing the right things can still feel stuck, reactive, or exhausted.
The more I learned, the more it became obvious.
Most people are not struggling because they lack discipline.
They’re struggling because their nervous system can’t support the life they’re living.
You can’t outwork a system that’s constantly in survival mode.
You can’t think your way out of patterns your body is still running.
And you can’t build a steady life on top of an unstable foundation.
That realisation changed everything for me.
Not just how I trained.
Not just how I worked.
How I lived.

I’m a father. I’m a partner. I run a business.
I coach people who carry real responsibility in their work, their families, and their lives.
The goal isn’t to remove pressure. Pressure is part of life.
The goal is to build the capacity to hold it without losing yourself.
That’s what this work is about.
Teaching people how their nervous system actually works.
Helping them understand their patterns instead of fighting them.
Building the ability to stay calm when things get intense.
Recover properly
Make clear decisions
Be present with people that matter
Not just when life is easy, but when life gets real
I don’t teach this as a guru, and I don’t teach it as theory.
I teach it as something that has to work in the middle of work, relationships, stress, parenting, training, and everything else life throws at you.
Because once your system can handle your life, everything else starts to change.
