Train the system, not just the SYMPTOM

Where strength meets stillness..
Science meets
structure.

Performance coaching and nervous system education for people operating under pressure.

I combine breathing physiology, nervous system education, movement and performance coaching to help you understand how your system works and build the capacity to respond differently.

More effort isn't always the answer.

Calm doesn't mean regulated.

You can train harder.
Work harder.
Think harder.

Learn more tools.

Meditate or even breathe more.

If your system is constantly predicting threat or carrying pressure with no real off switch, eventually you feel it.

- Switched on but exhausted.
- Calm on the surface, chaotic underneath.
- Capable, but inconsistent.
- Doing a lot without real change.

- Repeating the same patterns and not knowing why.

Most people think there is something wrong with them.

Often, they’ve just never been taught how to understand what their system is doing.

Most people were never taught how to work with stress, recovery and load as one system.

We look at a bigger picture:

-How you’re breathing.
-How you’re recovering.
-How you’re sleeping.
-How much load you’re carrying.
-How you respond when pressure shows up.

The answer isn’t simply to remove stress.

It’s to understand the demands on your system and build the capacity to meet them.

How I Work

An integrated approach to physiology, psychology and performance

This work starts by understanding the system rather than immediately trying to change it.

We look at breathing, stress physiology, recovery, movement, behaviour, environment, perception, emotional state and the demands you’re currently carrying.

From there, we work out:

-what needs restoring

-what needs regulating

-where capacity needs to be built

-what patterns or responses may need to change

Breathing is often part of that process, but it isn’t the whole process.

The goal is to give you a better understanding of how your physiology and psychology influence each other and practical ways to work with both in training, work, relationships and everyday life.

Who this is for

This work isn’t just for athletes.
And it isn’t just for people who think something is wrong with them.

It’s for humans under pressure.

First responders
Athletes and active people

Leaders, professionals and parents carrying responsibility

People moving through stress, burnout, change or transition

People who want to feel steadier, clearer and more capable under pressure

Ways to Work Together

There isn’t one entry point.

The right starting point depends on;

The right starting point depends on where you are now, where you want to go, what needs to change, and what’s getting in the way.

  • Foundation Programs

    Build the foundations first.

Understand how your breathing, stress, recovery and nervous system are interacting, then learn what to work on first and how to apply it in day-to-day life.

  • Resonance

Go deeper into what keeps repeating.

Work with the stress and trauma patterns, responses and behaviours that keep pulling you back into the same place, and build the capacity to respond differently.

  • Functional Performance

For athletes and high performers who want to apply breathing, physiology, recovery and nervous system work directly to training and performance.

  • Mentorship

For coaches, practitioners and facilitators who want to deepen how they understand and apply this work.

Individual mentorship around breathing, nervous system physiology, stress, trauma, performance, coaching and real client application.

  • Private Coaching

More individualised support for people who need a tailored approach outside the structured pathways.

  • Organisations & Experiences

Practical education, workshops and immersive experiences for first responders, teams, workplaces and communities.

MEET THE FOUNDER

hey, I'm Jamie!

I teach this from lived experience, not from one method or one belief system.

I’ve spent more than a decade coaching people going deep into breathing physiology, nervous system function, psychology, movement, recovery and performance.

My own path into this work came from pushing hard for a long time and eventually realising that effort and discipline weren’t the whole equation.

That changed the direction of my coaching.

Today, I work with people who want to better understand how they respond to stress, recover, and perform —and what actually needs to change.
